At HighStanding Kennel, we offer professional dog grooming services. Our groomers go above and beyond the common quick bath and electric clipper trim you may receive with most facilities. We have high grooming standards and use top quality products. We hand dry all dogs and do not use hot air cage dryers like most salons. We can hand scissor or hand strip your dog to their standard or your desired cut. We care about the safety and well being of your dog and treat each and every one as if they were our own. We are well experienced in puppy and senior grooming and provide a stress-free experience for all dogs.

Our Groomers

On staff is a certified master groomer with 30+ years experience. Our master groomer attended Nash Academy of Animal Arts, graduating with 800+ hour’s certification. Extensive knowledge of all breed grooming, including experience in hand scissoring, hand stripping, and show cuts. Worked in a high end New York City dog spa, grooming celebrity owned dogs and dogs used for television and magazine advertisements. Groomed dogs for top dog shows including the Westminster Kennel Club dog show. Managed, instructed, and created grooming programs for a national commercial pet corporation. Specializes in grooming Shih Tzu, Bichon Frise, and Poodles and all dog breed and pet cuts.

- Brand New Puppy Spa Package -

This package is designed to introduce your 4 to 9 month old puppy to grooming and help develop good manners when visiting their groomer. Our groomers will make your puppy feel calm and comfortable when their owners are not by their side and prepare them for future grooming appointments. Includes: tearless puppy shampoo, hand drying, light brushing, nail trim and ear cleaning.

Price based on breed, weight and size, coat condition, temperament , style, and additional services.
Sorry we cannot take any cat grooming appointments at this time.
Due to pesticide regulations we cannot take dogs with fleas.
Dogs are required to have proof of vaccinations: including Rabies, DHLPP and Bordetella.
